P90X: Yoga X Gets Yoga Teacher Approval
Just wanted to share with you what a good friend had to say about the P90X Yoga X workout. He just recently started the program but had not yet completed Yoga X. I told him I was curious to hear his thoughts as he is a yoga instructor. So, he tried it the other day and sent me this brief message:
Yoga X is a 90 minute workout that fits in to the overall P90X workout once per week. It is about 45 minutes of moving asanas then 45 minutes of a mixture of balance postures, flexibility, and core work. I have enjoyed it from day one and have found it to be a good challenge; but was curious if it would be as challenging for someone who really practices yoga. So, it was great to hear from this friend.
I did yoga x last night, or should I say yoga x-cellent!!! It was fantastic. As a yoga teacher, I didn’t feel I would get too much out of it. It was great. Followed that with ab ripper x. And man am I feeling it today. Thanks for the recommendation.
