Another common excuse for not exercising, “I don’t have time!”
You probably think you don’t even have time to read this post.
So, I will keep it brief.

Do you want to get in shape?

Do you want to feel better?

Do you want more energy?

Then you can find 10 minutes a day to exercise. 10 minutes! That’s all.
